Following your treatment, you’re free to resume most of your normal activities; however, you should avoid strenuous activity, including exercise, for at least 24 hours. You should be careful to not touch your face after your JUVÉDERM injections so as to avoid massaging the filler into unwanted areas. Patients typically experience a visible improvement immediately following their JUVÉDERM treatment, but you may also see mild swelling or bruising at the injection sites that lasts for 7 – 10 days.
